Nice and Cosy Studio (Bachelor) apartment located right in the middle of city centre in a safe and secure building. The place is located to everything, a shopping mall (2 minutes walk),Craft Center for tourists (2 minutes walk). Eating places, lots of eating places around town. For those looking for a night out, there are two clubs (both 5-8 minutes away). To get a taxi, the main road is 1 minute away.
The place is managed by the main host and a co-host, this ensures 24/7 availability.
The famous Christuskirche (Christ Church) is located 10 minutes away as well as the Mesuem. There is also a Craft Center about 2-3 minutes away where tourists can find lot's of monuments to take back home. Also, two minutes away is a shopping mall with lots of eating places (such as Mug & Beans) and supermarkets for grocery shopping. 5 Minutes away is Avani hotel for Casino. Right outside the building, accross the street is the main road where one can easily get a taxi.
