Surrounded by natural African gardens, this eco-friendly lodge offers bright rooms with a terrace overlooking the Gurib River bed. It has an outdoor pool, limited Wi-Fi access , and nature drives can be arranged. Rooms at Alte Kalkoefen come with a with an air-con, with an extra outside shower. Light linens and wooden furniture are part of the décor. Freshly prepared, home-cooked meals are served daily, must be prearranged. Packed lunches are available on request. Alte Kalkoefen Lodge is located 62 mi west from Keetmanshoop en-route the B4 main road to Luderitz. Turn left for 1.2 mi on the dirt road D462 where the lodge is located before the railway line on the left hand side
