Retired Banker, still very active and energetic. I am a fitness guru. I invested my pension to buy the 2 apartments listed here as Beach Hive 1 and 2, thus believe me there is life after retirement. I even clean the apartments self because i keep them the way i would as well love to stay there, not just for money. I love travelling as well, that i connect well with my guests.
Neighborhood is safe and sound, we have neighborhood watch, a Police station, property is on a holiday resort Surbub, very quite and really a place to spend quality time. Guests enjoy the entire apartment privately. Access via collecting keys at the Gas Station Unit on appropriate First floor, accessible via stairs or elevator We respect your privacy but are always available by phone or message if you need help or local tips. The location is convenient for: Nearby beach and with the backdrop of Namib desert Dunes Quad Bikes, Municipal recreational center, Beach Braai Area for free. Bayview Hotel salt restaurant and sky bar ,Coffee shop at Shell Gas Service Guests love that most activities are easy to reach on foot.
