Recently renovated and under new management, the property is located in a quiet residential area and offers a secure and welcoming stay for business travelers, long-stay guests and leisure travelers alike. The house features spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with well-equipped bathrooms. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, international power sockets and dedicated workspaces, making the property ideal for remote work or extended stays. Soundproofed rooms further enhance comfort and privacy. Guests benefit from secure on-site parking, including a garage and wheelchair-accessible parking (height restrictions apply). Daily housekeeping and luggage storage are available, along with limited-hour front desk service. A full English breakfast is included and served daily from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. An airport shuttle service is available on request (surcharge applies). The property offers an accessible room with step-free access, a wider bathroom entrance and handrails. Wheelchair-accessible paths, a ramped front entrance and accessible public areas are available, although there is no lift. The beach and Flamingo Lagoon are within walking distance, offering easy access to outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, windsurfing and nearby shopping.
