The sites are well chosen to give you the utmost space to enjoy and relax and feel the unspoilt wilderness surrounding you. (You do not need to look onto your neighbors plate). We also offer 6 spacious campsites with own braai area which is only booked via private message. Well maintained and clean shared ablution facilities (bath towels offered on request) At the main building, the LAPA, you will find a bar, swimming pool, dart board, or sit and enjoy the Rugby or soccer or cricket on the tellie. Join us for a sundowner on the river, or catching a fishy for your memories. Driving East on Usivi Road, towards Kaisosi, you will pass UNAM on your right hand side. After 1 km on the tar road, you come to turn left. On that road you drive until you get the Namibian / Angolan Floating Bridge / Border Post. There you turn right, continue straight for another 1.6 km, you will find the turn off to Camp Hogo on your left hand side. Our camp is not to miss, there are several signs along the road. As we are family orientated, and we as a family manage Camp Hogo, our purpose is to see other families enjoy themselves as a family. Once you leave, you are part of our family. We enjoy different cultures, stories, languages, and the different personalities that we come to meet.

Our camp is situated 9km East from Rundu, hidden in a small valley with a river, you can enjoy the peace, plus incredible and remarkable landscape. Opposite the camp is the southern part of Angola.
