Closely situated ( right opposite the road ) to the Expo/ Symposium and Conferencing hub of Windhoek. We offer luxury fully furnished and fitted apartments - to make any self-catering stay memorable. You can walk ( 400meters ) safely from our apartments to the close by Shopping center, Gymnasium ( Virgin Active Gym ) restaurants, coffee shops, a local Pub and Grill, Doctors, a pharmacy/ Drug Store and Kiddies entertainment center. We have 11 apartments which are distributed on 2 floors and offer 2bedroom/ 2 bathroom family units as well as 1 bedroom apartments for single or double use. All our apartments offer the basics from cooking to relaxing amenities, housekeeping staff available weekdays from 8 to 5 and our reception open from 8 to 13h00 week days for future bookings , payments and general advice on transportation/ shuttles, what to do the neighborhood and our apartments in general. Our manned security keeps all and everybody safe 24/7. He will also assist with checking in and out, your luggage. and any general queries you may have during non-business hours.

The host Kyra is not the owner of the property iKON Apartments or the building, however I am your host at iKON and always look forward to a quick HELLO when you walk past my office or come in for a cup of coffee. Both myself and the housekeeping staff have been here since the beginning ( 2017 , part of the furniture :) ) and happy to assist with almost any queries, quircks or ideas you may have. We love thinking out of the box!

The neighborhood is easy and safe. Not the hectic stress that a City center normally comes with, some green spots- when the rain was ample. It is safe to walk to the nearby Shopping Mall and its surrounds- just always be vigilant. Although we pride ourselves with offering a safe property in a safe neighborhood, we must stay alert to the fact that anything can happen anywhere at anytime. If your belong to the active people out there- the Gym is 500meters further down the road- if you have kiddies- entertainment is offered inside the mall at the designated spot for little people and if you are the adventour loving type- there are more than ample shopping spots to choose from. And if you like to take it easy- the mall and the surrounding area offers peaceful, quaint and some kiddie friendly restaurants, coffee shops and more.
