Hi there. We are Hennie & Veronica Köhne. We have been camping at Mukolo for the past seven years and started developing this camp in April 2016 so that we could share this beautiful spot with all of you. Plenty of hard work, commitment and helping hands has gone into making the camp what it is today, and we truly hope you feel at home and enjoy your stay with us. Mukolo Camp is a rustic camp with a difference.

Property info

This little piece of paradise is situated on the Zambezi/Caprivi strip of Namibia. We are an affordable, small. exclusive eco-friendly rustic bush camp with an exquisite view of the Kwando river floodplains. Come and enjoy the tranquillity of nature from the comfort of your own tent, or stay in one of our lovely rustic self-catering cabins. We do not have a restaurant with a menu, but do offer home cooked buffet dinners and breakfast on prior arrangement only. Activities available are boat cruises, fishing trips and photography boat trips. Game Drives can be done in a closed vehicle with a minimum of three persons. Our cabins are self-catering. There is four Twin/Double Cabins and two Family Units. We also have six spacious campsites with big shady trees. Three of the campsites are located on the water front. Each campsite has its own private ablution and electricity. We also have a pool and a bar.

Three national parks in relatively close proximity of Mukolo Camp where you can explore on a self-drive game drive: Mudumu National Park, Bwabwata National Park and Nkasa Rupara National Park.
