Check-in: 14:00–20:00 (Reception closes at 20:00). Policies: Bookings are per person, not per room. Ensure correct ages of children are entered when booking. No self-catering and no pets allowed. No smoking in rooms – a cleaning fee applies for violations. Only registered guests permitted on the premises. 50% deposit required for all SADC countries; December bookings are canceled if deposit not received. Card details secure the booking; charges are processed on arrival. Please note: Swakopmund’s weather is unpredictable – rooms do not have heaters or air conditioning.
