Parking is in front of the unit secured by an electric gate and electric fencing Fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine Flat-screen TV with access to major streaming platforms High-speed WiFi Ideal location close to hospital, restaurants and Maerua mall. Perfect stay for family, business or medical trips Full closet and ample storage space The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac, where a family of 4 and their friendly pets reside permanently. The bachelor flat is privately located with own entry, securing privacy.
