I feel blessed to live in such a beautiful, safe and friendly place. The beaches and bays are to me the most pristine and prettiest in the world! I swim all year round and I've recently purchased stand up paddles boards for the property that convert to windsurfers! In addition to water sports I play tennis and bridge.

Shearwater Scenic Villas occupies a 16-acre private peninsula, with each villa offering spectacular scenery with coastline, ocean and island views plus views over Heritage Listed historic Kingston and Emily and Slaughter bays. There's an onsite manager to care for your needs and provide pre-arrival information to ensure you get the best of Norfolk Island and your holiday.

Guests enjoy this spectacular location with its whopping oceanfront and flanked by two Reserves. Track to beautiful Bumbora Beach to the eastern boundary, and for the adventurous track and swim in Crystal Pool to the western boundary. Or just enjoy the magnificent views and serene privacy from your balcony. When the mood takes you to visit the shops, it's just a 7-minute drive, and other attractions are a short drive too.
