The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 fully en-suite bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a super king size bed. In the next bedroom, there is a super king size bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Electricity and air-conditioning is available 24 hours a day. Essential rules to ensure a memorable stay: 1. *Switch off when not in use:* Help us keep costs low. Refrain from leaving on electrical items like air-conditioning and TV sets when not in use. These wastes costs a fortune which unfortunately end up getting passed customers in the form of higher rental fees. 2. *No smoking:* Smoking or cigarettes or other hard substance is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building premises. 3. *No loud music or noise:* Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to respect the peace and privacy of neighbours. 4. *Be mindful of neighbours:* Please consider the comfort and convenience of neighbours by avoiding any behaviour that may disturb them. 5. *Maximum occupancy:* The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
