The Leneade provides furnished standard one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments that are rented for short periods of time, usually weekly, by the month and yearly if required. We are seen as an alternative to hotels as we attempt to provide 'a home away from home', personalized self-service and larger living spaces.

The property itself comes with a 100 KVA and 8.5 KVA generators, 10 KVA inverter with 16 batteries, Fibre optics internet, intercom units, 24/7 laundry facility, uniformed security, patios, tropical courtyard, lobby with guest toilet, security layers, CCTV, parking, water pressure pump, etc Guests have exclusive access to their own apartment and the outdoor area, there is also free parking inside a gated driveway.
