Sleep to the sound of breaking waves. The little house is right on the beach with a bathroom and shower outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your use and there is wifi on the property. You will see there are many nice and comfy places to relax. I employ all locals, as the real beauty of Nicaragua is her people. It is located on the end of El Gigante village, where nothing is more than a 5-minute walk. We have a Mini Super on-site with very competitive prices. Short walk to the surf.

Dale has been living in Nicaragua since 1993. During this time he has lived in and encouraged a sweet little community in Playa Gigante. He has a beachfront compound of eight dwellings and two stores to furnish food, clothing and hardgoods to the guests and surrounding community. Dale recently sold his boat and spends more time around Cool Places. You have to talk loud cause his ears are usually filled with water

Nicaraguan's are the major natural resource of this overlooked country. You'll find them warm and welcoming. The water is amazing and the weather very accommodating for almost any activity you could want to do<br />How to act:<br /><br />Remember this is a very small community and you are a part of it. Please be civil and neighborly. The people who got here before you can help tune you in. Other guests can tell you the places they like to eat, drink and get supplies. Ask other guests what shelf in the frig you can use as well as where is best to store other food items.
