Our house, aka Shankton Tower, is located in a gated, secure development above Playa Gigante, Nicaragua. The house is close to several world class surfing breaks, daily yoga, amazing dining experiences and fun beach and nightlife culture. The property has many amenities including fast Wi-Fi, the latest technology upgrades and excellent air conditioning in every room. There is grocery nearby and we even offer concierge's check in, optional private chefs, massage, maid service and transportation.
20+ year Nicaragua residents and we manage houses with a welcoming attitude and open mind. We are happy to be your hosts.
Great quiet gated community is secure and safe. It is a 20 minute walk on shaded trails to the town of Gigante with a few bars and restaurants. It is also 35 minutes via boat from San Juan. If you would like to arrange a boat to pick you up please let us know!
