Welcome to 't Grieze huysje in Otterlo located on nature park Hoefbos. It is a park without facilities. Our house was completely renovated in 2019 with a focus on the future, energy efficient, solar panels. Equipped with underfloor heating. Shower, separate toilet. French doors from open kitchen and living room to enclosed terrace. Bedrooms with air conditioning. Unobstructed view of the forest, no front or back neighbors. A nice place to relax with or without children. Children under 3 years old must bring their own camping bed. Dogs allowed in consultation.

Enjoy the peace and beautiful surroundings on the Veluwe in the middle of the Netherlands. Nature, wild animals, beautiful hiking areas and cycling opportunities. And yet there is a vibrant life around you in cities and activities. We would like to share this with others. The holiday home is located in a beautiful quiet location in the forest. We have completely renovated it ourselves. Given that it is not super big, we have done our best to make it a nice accommodation. Equipped with all conveniences, as far as possible of course. Custom-made cabinets to make good use of the spaces. Furnished with influences from this time. It feels like home to us. We will gladly welcome you with a cup of Nespresso or tea. One roll of toilet paper and a few dishwasher tablets for the mini dishwasher. Consumables are in principle at your own expense!

Otterlo is centrally located between Arnhem-Nijmegen, Ede, Barneveld and Apeldoorn. These cities can be reached easily and quickly from here. In Otterlo is the entrance to the Hoge Veluwe park (approx. 20 min. walk) where you can also visit the Kröller Müller museum with the second largest Van Gogh gallery in the world. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings for walking, cycling, unloading, rest. Wild animals deer, cows, horses, pigs. Variety of birds and squirrels in our forest. From our location you can start walking or cycling in nature. Some tips and ideas: on the other side is the forest of Defensie with a part of the klompenpad.
