This beautiful location, near the 2 km long promenade, offers you three cosy guest rooms with an excellent breakfast. Shops, restaurants and the Bellamypark with its cosy terraces are within walking distance. And also the Cine City Cinema, known for the annual "Film by the Sea" festival is just around the corner. Furthermore, there is a wide choice of surrounding beaches such as Nollestrand and Badstrand, among the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands! The fantastic location with the promenade (450 m) and bathing beach, the city centre ( 190 m) and the cinema (350 m) within walking distance is ideal. We are also accessible by bus and train, the entire house is smoke-free, and we do not accept pets. Breakfast is served in the general living room, this room is also available to our guests throughout the day. Here you will find coffee/tea making facilities, games, books and a TRUST bar (pay for use on departure) with drinks and snacks. Lovely surroundings for beach walks, cycling trips or visiting nice places like Middelburg, Domburg and Veere. With the ferry there is a good connection to Breskens from where Cadzand, Knokke and Bruges can be reached. Vlissingen is also a real festival and events city. All sorts of things are organised throughout the year. Theatre, music, dance, sports, markets, culture and art in a unique location by the sea. Vlissingen has it, we hope to see you soon!

In 2020, we, Stefan and Judith van Zon, decided to broaden our horizons and bought this beautiful house in Vlissingen. An old doctor's practice, which we converted in our spare time into the gem it is today: a beautiful Bed & Breakfast in the harbour town of Vlissingen, and a lovely family home for when our adult children visit us. With our many years of hospitality background, during which we gained a lot of experience in the hotel business in the Netherlands itself, as well as in Belgium and Germany, we could not imagine that we would ever stop receiving guests. Hence, we realised three guest rooms in this house. You are most welcome with us!

This city is bustling! Because of its direct location by the sea, with beautiful clean beaches, the cosy promenade and the various ports. But Vlissingen also has a cosy city centre where you can shop, eat or visit terraces. The muZeeum and the Cine City cinema are recommended. The city is also highly recommended as a base for a long beach walk, a nice bike ride or a visit to other interesting places on Walcheren such as Veere or Middelburg.
