Hotel Baan is probably the only hotel in Rotterdam which is run by the family itself. We make every effort to give our guests a pleasant stay in Hotel Baan. Our hotel is a mid-range hotel. The simple neat rooms have excellent Wifi, Shower toilet flat screen TV and some with small fridge. Half of the rooms overlook the Coolhaven waterfront. The other rooms have views over the gardens. No rights can be derived from room types and photos. All rooms are available by stairs. There are several City map deals in the rooms that one can purchase. Hotel Baan is located opposite historic Delfshaven, 300 metres away, where you will find several nice restaurants and cafés. Metro stop Coolhaven and tram direct to/from Central station are 200 metres away. Parking is most of time possible around the hotel. Paid parking at €2.85 p/h around the corner at 300 metres is a municipal garage a € 16 per 24 hours. Nieuwe Binnenweg 388.
