Op loopafstand van 300 meter van het strand, meteen achter de duinen, vind u twee logieskamers in huis Balsemien. De kamers worden alleen samen verhuurd, voor 4 personen in totaal. Beide kamers hebben een dubbelbed, een kast en eigen televisie. Samen delen de kamers een eigen badkamer met vloerverwarming, douche in bad, wc en wasbak. Daarnaast is er een aparte ruimte met een bank, eettafel, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, borden, glazen en bestek. Gasten komen door de voordeur naar binnen en hebben de hele bovenverdieping tot hun beschikking. Een van de kamers heeft een klein balkon met stoelen en een tafel. Buiten in de tuin is een terras met meubilair.
Na twintig passen buiten uw deur bent u in het bos en hebt u vele kilometers wandel- en fietspaden tot uw beschikking. Texel is beroemd om zijn verbluffende natuurschoon en grote verscheidenheid in fauna en flora. Op ca 2 km van Balsemien ligt het Natuurcentrum voor Wadden en Noordzee, ECOMARE, waar iedere dag de hongerige zeehonden gevoerd worden om 11:00 uur en 15:00 uur. Texel heeft 35 km wit ongerept strand. Het uitgestrekte wad betovert nog altijd vele harten. Tussen strand, duin en wad ligt een fascinerende wereld vol vogels, planten, wolken, romantische luchten en ongerept natuurschoon te wachten op uw begerige ogen. We nodigen u van harte uit.
