The apartment is to be found on the ground floor of a monumental building. The property was built around the year 1870 and has recently been completely renovated. The apartment includes a quiet and luxurious bedroom, with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition the apartment is provided with a new kitchen and bathroom, both with a modern interior, yet keeping its authenticity. The apartment features a comfortable and cosy living room, a dining corner, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a great variety of kitchen utensils. The bathroom contains a shower, a bath, washbasin, and a toilet.

We love to live in this beautiful city: the old buildings, nice people, a lot of cultural festivals. One of my hobby's is rowing on the canals.

This luxurious apartment is situated on a beautiful location in the museum quarter, right in the heart of the centre of Utrecht Across the street you will find the well-known old canal: ‘De Oudegracht’ Here you will find lovely shops and restaurants. Within minutes you can walk to Utrecht’s main attractions such as the Dom Tower and several surprising musea like Centraal museum, Nijntje museum, Catharijne convent and the adventurous Railroad museum. If you would like to experience the city of Utrecht this apartment has the perfect location.
