Onder de rook van Groningen (17 km) bij het dorp Winsum, staat dit knusse Chalet met uitzicht op de landerijen. Het Chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien (echt bed/keuken/douche/Wifi/houtkachel) en een ruim terras. Het Chalet is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Groningen/Lauwersoog/Schiermonnikoog, gemakkelijk met het openbaarvervoer te bereiken. Tevens is Winsum een Pieterpad knooppunt, waar vandaan prima 2 of drie etappes gelopen kunnen worden. Het Chalet ligt bij kanowater, wat het ook zeer geschikt maakt voor dagtochten met de kano.
