Copenhagen Residence is a comfortable boathouse over 150m2 with a magnificent view of the water within walking distance of the harbor and the historic city center of Harderwijk. The house has a Scandinavian look and feel and you can enjoy being together with a large family or company (6 people). The boathouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a luxury fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, bed linen and towels. On the balcony you have a beautiful view over the water. The house has air conditioning. Two free parking spaces are available in front of the house. There is much to do in the historic Hanseatic city of Harderwijk; there are plenty of opportunities for recreation; you can canoe, eat well at star restaurants in the old town, cycle on the Hoge Veluwe and it is the start and end point for many different walking routes. Utrecht is 45 km away and Amsterdam-Schiphol is 75 km from the location. Optionally, there is the possibility to rent the owner's boat in the summer months. Bicycles and sups are for free.

We get energy of every new booking (if we are not enjoying the house in the weekends ourselves) and make you feel at home in Harderwijk! We are a friendly, enthusiastic and cooperate to our guests. We are a couple with 3 older kids, living on 45KM from Harderwijk.

On a walking distance of the boathouse you find the boulevard (with a small beach) and lots of restaurants, brasseries, cafes and bars for lunch or dinner. On a walking distance you find the old centre, the Vismarkt with a few excellent 3 star restaurants. You need to reserve on forehand. A supermarket is closeby for your daily purchages.
