De Boase
Uniek huisje gelegen in het het bos en toch dichtbij het dorp Voorthuizen. Een prachtige plek om tot rust te komen of lekker actief de aangrenzende bossen te verkennen. Het huisje is, evenals een woonhuis ernaast, gelegen op een perceel van ongeveer 1,35 ha. bestaande uit weiland, bos en veel groen. Het huisje is gelegen op 100 meter afstand van de doorgaande weg en bestaat uit: woonkamer met twee schuifpuien die uitzicht geven op het weiland waarin regelmatig paarden lopen. In de kamer bevindt zich een keuken met kookgelegenheid, afwasmachine en oven/magnetron. Een moderne badkamer, douche, toilet, wastafel en wasmachine. Slaapgelegenheid op de eerste verdieping is door de degelijke trap goed bereikbaar. Het huisje kan verwarmd worden door vloerverwarming of door gebruik te maken van de royale houtkachel. Fietsen kunnen in de inpandige schuur worden geplaatst. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Bed-bad-keukenlinnen aanwezig. TV met Netflix, NPO start en Sonos soundbar.
Op korte afstand zijn er veel verschillende voorzieningen beschikbaar: Start klompen-pad 100 meter. Eethuisje De Heuveltjes 250 mtr. Wilbrinkbos aangrenzend. Fiets knooppunten 2 km. Indoor Zwembad De Heuverand 1 km. Recreatie plas Zeumeren 3 km. Natuurplas Het Grijze Veen 1 km. Het centrum van Voorthuizen bevindt zich op 1,5 km. afstand. Gezellige weekmarkt op zaterdag. Uitgebreid horeca plein met diverse terrassen en eetgelegenheden. Natuur liefhebbers kunnen tijdens een verblijf in het natuurhuis hun hart ophalen. Eekhoorn (foto) op 2 mtr. Veel soorten vogels zijn steeds dichtbij te zien en te horen. Dieren zoals reeën, dassen en vossen verblijven in de dichte nabijheid. Een dassentunnel komt uit in het perceel van de Boase.
