Our cottage is fully equipped and is thereby the perfect base for trips or just to relax at the beach (50 meters walking distance) Our chalet (70 m2) can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi-oven, Nespresso) and a neat bathroom with washing machine. And a hottub/jacuzzi! (Only available from April to late October) In addition, the cottage has free Wifi. We work with contactless access, through a key box with code. Your booking includes bed linen, excluding towels.
Together with my wife Marjan and 3 kids we bought our cottage De Drentse Sleutels in Erm in 2021. We ourselves use our cottage as a home away from home since we have many family and friends living nearby but also to escape from the busy city life and enjoy all the tranquility space and nature around our cottage. We hope you will experience De Drentse Sleutels as pleasantly as we do every time.
Come enjoy with young and old all that the Ermerstrand, our cottage and Southeast Drenthe has to offer you! Outdoor playgrounds, an indoor playground and a slide right into the lake make it a wonderful place for children. Dining, drinking, sports and gaming facilities (including wakeboarding and water skiing) are available at the park during the season. Adventure zoo Wildlands Emmen is a 10-minute drive away and there is much more to do in the area. So you certainly will not get bored on the Hondsrug. It is the ideal destination for your vacation, a day trip or a weekend in Drenthe. With children or without, in peace and quiet or nice and active... You can explore endlessly here. Try one of the cycling routes or go hiking to explore the unspoiled nature. A day of horseback riding through the woods, across the moors and along the fens is also a special experience. You can go shopping, see museums and enjoy the culture here. Nowhere you will find so many unique stories as on the Hondsrug! In our cottage we have a folder with more tips for you.
