Welcome to EuroParcs De Koog Get to know the wonderful Wadden Island of Texel, the holiday paradise of the Netherlands. The whole atmosphere here feels like the sea, the maritime past and nature. From EuroParcs De Koog you can easily get to the beach or to one of the charming villages. But above all, this is the perfect place to get a breath of fresh air! Neighborhood info

Natural areas and long sandy beaches EuroParcs De Koog is centrally located on the wonderful Wadden Island of Texel and is close to the famous sandy beaches. You get there by taking the TESO ferry in Den Helder. Texel has 40 nature reserves, of which the Slufter is the best known. The area has an open connection to the North Sea and most of it is a bird breeding and resting area. Another bird area is the Waalenburg polder. Texel is the ideal place for walking and cycling. Not only walking and cycling routes have been mapped out on the island, but mountain bike routes as well. Explore the polders, dunes, the vast moors and the forests. Ships depart from Oudeschild for a trip across the Wadden Sea. Sail along to watch seals, board a shrimp boat or take a trip aboard an authentic sailing ship. The maritime past and cozy villages Furthermore, Texel is also bursting with fun and museums. Get to know seals in Ecomare, dive into the past in Oudheidkamer Texel or set course for Cape Skil and discover treasures from old shipwrecks.
