Corps De Garde is located in a monumental building at the characteristic Groningen canal, 500 metres away from the Grote Markt Square. It offers uniquely decorated rooms with free WiFi. Take your time with us to have a good night sleep, really relax and enjoy all the luxury that Boutique hotel Corps de Garde has to offer. All hotel rooms have classic decorations, such as the rustic trusses from the past of our historic building. The colour palette with green tones and the new interior creates the perfect balance between authentic and modern. The rooms have wonderful box-spring beds, modern bathrooms with a bath and/or walk-in shower and air conditioning. Each hotel room has a flat screen TV with digital channels. If you stay in one of our boutique rooms, you will stay in an attractive themed room that matches Groningen and the story of Corps de Garde. The recently completely renovated rooms also have a hairdryer, safe, coffee and tea making facilities and a minibar with a surprising design. A breakfast buffet is served every morning in the Brasserie. The Brasserie also offers the possibility to have a delicious lunch. The Stadsschouwburg theatre is 700 metres away. The Oosterpoort concert hall is 1.4 km on foot. Groningen’s shopping street Herestraat is 450 metres.
