Peaceful stay just outside Utrecht, with direct bus connection to the city centre. We offer three comfortable and spacious accommodations, each with its own character and private bathroom: **New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles**. ### New York – Quadruple Accommodation with Private Kitchen and Bathroom New York is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to four guests. The spacious room features **one double bed and two single beds** and offers views of the trees in the nearby park. Connected to the room are a **separate, fully equipped kitchen** and a spacious **private bathroom with a bubble bath**. The accommodation also provides direct access to a **private terrace with BBQ facilities**, a lovely place to enjoy a meal outdoors or simply relax. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. ### San Francisco – Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom San Francisco is our **largest room** and is located on the first floor. It accommodates up to four guests and features **one double bed and two single beds**. The room offers pleasant views of the trees in the nearby park. One of the highlights of San Francisco is its **covered, south-facing private balcony**, a wonderful place to sit back and relax. The room also features a **fully equipped kitchen**, giving you the flexibility to prepare your own meals during your stay. The private bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. ### Los Angeles – Triple Room with Private Bathroom Los Angeles is a comfortable room for up to three guests, featuring **one double bed and one single bed**.
