This luxurious spacious detached villa on the grounds of "Buytenveld" has an area of 99 m2 and is fully equipped. A luxurious kitchen diner, a spacious light living room with decorative fireplace, three bedrooms, 2 of which have a bathroom and suite, offer the comfort that you can expect from a villa. The interior of the house offers you a pleasant stay on Texel. The living room is adjacent to a terrace on the west, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the vast Krimbos. The immediate area also has the quality that you can expect at this house. You will find shops and restaurants in the center of De Cocksdorp, 400 meters from your villa. LAYOUT This new Luxury Villa has on the ground floor an entrance with toilet, a spacious living room with fireplace, a luxury open kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate storage room (around 6 m). On the first floor are the washer / dryer, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a bathroom en suite with 1 toilet and 1 separate bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and sauna. The bedrooms have single box spring beds. The terrace is situated on the west. SERVICES Fully equipped luxury kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Free WIFI. The beds are made for you. You can park in the general parking lot. There is a charging station for the electric car on this parking space. During your stay with us you will receive a 25% discount on bicycle rental in our bike shop on Kikkertstraat. NB In all our accommodations it is NOT allowed to smoke
