B&B in a luxurious garden house with many extra facilities. Nicely furnished and you have a spacious living room without kitchen. There is a luxurious bathroom and separate bedroom. You have a wide view over the green garden. The garden house is detached from the main house where the owners and three cats live. The two buildings are located in the same large garden. On reservation you can make free use of the heated swimming pool (May-Sep) and / or indoor 3-person wellness spa. The beds are made for you, the towels are in the bathroom, where two bathrobes are also waiting for you. The heating and airco is available throughout the year. There is also the cozy wood stove, which heats the room in no time. Wood can be used for a small extra fee. Free private parking is available on site. There is also an indoor cycling charging point. For the first morning, a free breakfast basket is ready for you. 75 Grams of coffee beans for the Jura E4 machine are also included for free.
We would like to be your host for your stay in Almelo. Together with our two children and two cats we are your neighbors in the adjacent detached main house. We share the same spacious garden. You enjoy your privacy, but we are close by when you need us. Our private garden and house are still "under construction", but the outside usage area near Ham Annex is all done.
Ham Annex B&B is located in a spacious garden in a quiet residential area of Almelo. You are on the Almelo-Nordhorn canal, which is a direct exit route to the beautiful walking and cycling routes that Twente has to offer. The sparkling city center of Almelo is also nearby. You can go to the city center on foot, by bike or even by canoe! We are happy to provide you with tips for sightseeing, outings or restaurants on site.
