The apartment has a spacious hall which gives access to the toilet and shower facilities. Through a staircase to reach the spacious 90 sqm apartment. The apartment features a lounge area with television and a lounge area in the dormer window with views over the fields and forests. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, two fridges (including one with freezer compartment), dishwasher, House Odoorn combi microwave, kettle and coffee maker, in short, with all amenities. There are also three bedrooms, two rooms with a single beds and a room with a double bed. There is an extra sleeping facilities available in the seating area in the form of a double sofa bed. Good to know for families with children ... there is a traphek present.
On the outskirts of the pretty village Odoorn in Southeast Drenthe stands in the yard of our small agricultural company this particular modern building. This building has been realized an apartment for 4 to 5 people. From the apartment you have a wonderful and relaxing views over the landscape of Drenthe and our 6 Alpacas.
The area surrounding the apartment is an ideal place for hikers, cyclists and tranquility. There are beautiful walks or bike rides. The house is located near the nature reserve "Molenveld" between Odoorn and Exloo, where many hiking trails and where a herd of Drenthe Heath sheep of the fold runs in Exloo. Here you will also find the beautiful swimming pool "The Leewal". There are many mapped routes. Also plant and animal lovers can indulge themselves in this area. There are big beautiful heaths with juniper bushes in the area. Furthermore the nearby area has many day attractions such as Wild Lands in Emmen, the Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum and the Dolmen Centre in Borger. In short, for anyone to do anything.
