Right next to the cottage, the gate provides access to the forest and heath of the Drentsche Aa, and the beautiful villages nearby create a magical atmosphere. Anloo is een sfeervol brinkdorp in Drenthe, bekend om zijn rust, historische boerderijen en de oude Magnuskerk. Aan de rand ligt Camping Kniphorst, midden in het natuurgebied Strubben-Kniphorstbosch, onderdeel van Nationaal Park Drentsche Aa. Dit gebied biedt een afwisselend landschap met bossen, heide en beekdalen, ideaal voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Vanuit de camping starten diverse wandelroutes, zoals de Trage Tocht Anloo, en ook mountainbikers vinden hier uitdagende routes door het bosrijke terrein. In en rond Anloo zijn enkele restaurants te vinden, terwijl voor pizzeria’s en meer horeca opties plaatsen zoals Assen en Zuidlaren dichtbij liggen. Assen ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden en staat bekend om de TT, een groot motorsportevenement. Groningen, op circa 25 minuten, biedt een levendige binnenstad met winkels, cultuur en uitgaansmogelijkheden. De combinatie van natuur, rust en nabijheid van steden maakt Anloo en Camping Kniphorst een veelzijdige bestemming voor ontspanning en activiteit. De camping is nog in aanbouw, u komt echt voor de tiny house en de omgeving.
