This cozy holiday home is located just a stone's throw from the beach and the lively center of Zoutelande. Ideal for a wonderful beach holiday. The house was newly build in 2016/2017 and is fully equipped (dishwasher, combination microwave, smart TV, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating). In 2026, the bathroom on the first floor was renovated and fitted with a large shower and toilet. The house is also equipped with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. In addition to all these amenities, this holiday home features a sunny private garden with a southwest-facing terrace. The house is furnished for a maximum of 2 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a toilet, a modern open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room, and, of course, a spacious passageway leading to the lovely garden. On the first floor, you'll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and one bedroom with a double box-spring bed.
