Molecaten Park Waterdunen is located directly on the coast of Zeeland. The beautiful beach is perfect for kite flying, walking or a lazy day on the beach. From the park you can quickly reach the Belgian border, ideal for making trips to the cosy Belgian cities. Enjoy the romance of Brugge, the shopping in Knokke and the many historical monuments in Antwerp. The Waterdunen nature reserve of the same name is unique and an icon for Zeeland. This nature reserve is proof that Zeeland now uses water in a differently way. In this 350-hectare nature and recreation area, the tide has the leading role. With its mudflats, salt marshes, tidal flats and shallow water, Waterdunen is an important refuelling station for birds and a nursery for fish.
