Kustverhuur Zeeuws Vlaanderen is a young company founded in February 2021. You will find our office at Langeweg 41 in Breskens. We, Annique and Gonny, are both from Zeeuws Vlaanderen and have a long experience in the service sector. We enjoy personal contact with our guests and passers-by, are always available and respond quickly. You are always welcome in our office where we can give you information about the region.

Property info

This cosy (four under one roof) holiday home for 4 people is comfortably furnished. The house has a parking space in front of the door and charging stations can be found in the nearby car park. This house is also accessible for the disabled. Downstairs you have a nice living room with a sitting area, dining area and adjoining open kitchen. The kitchen is in very clean condition and is equipped with all appliances. The first bedroom and bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2024 and has underfloor heating. From the living room, the staircase reaches the first floor with the second bedroom and a cosy loft where you can retreat and relax. The house has large windows, is bright and offers a nice view over the fully fenced garden. Ideal for dog owners. The cottage is close to the playground where children can have a great time.

Neighborhood info

The dunes with the beach and sea behind them are about 750 metres from the holiday home. Along the coast, you will also find numerous lively beach pavilions. If you are not a sun lover, a cycling trip along the coast, a visit to the picturesque village of Groede or a walk in the ‘Waterdunen’ nature reserve are also among the options. Don't feel like cooking? You can get delicious chips at the park or enjoy the restaurant with its cosy terrace and bowling lanes. The centre of Breskens is about 2.5 km away. The bustling village exudes a lot of cosiness, especially during the many festivals and fairs the village organises in summer. In Breskens, you will find numerous restaurants with cosy terraces, various shops or you can stroll along the harbour. There are also two supermarkets where you can find everything you need for your daily shopping. Breskens is also a great base for many excursions. Take a day trip to Middelburg, historic Bruges or Ghent. Beautiful cities that you certainly must have seen.
