On the second floor of our house in Oostersingel in Groningen we have a guest room (40m2) available for one or two persons. The house is across from the UMCG, less than five minutes walk from the center. Restaurants in various price ranges in the vicinity. The Municipal Theater is around the corner. The Cultural Oosterpoort is a fifteen minute walk. The guesthouse has one bedroom with two beds, a sitting room with TV, a large balcony facing SW and stunning views of the Martini, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Wi-Fi is present. You can reach the guest floor through the common door and the stairwell outside the private rooms of the residents; you have the entire second floor to yourself. The apartment is ideal as a pied-à-terre for someone who must be present in Groningen more (work) days a week and want to stay for themselves.
Margriet Pasma practices swimming in competition and thus achieves medals at national, European and world level.
