Final cleaning is included in the stay but guests are asked to kindly leave the accommodations in a tidy state upon departure.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
