“Meer dan genoeg ruimte, keuken met woonzolder, grote badkamer en grote slaapkamer. Prima ontbijtje & koffie aanwezig. Schaal vol met vers fruit! 10-15 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Redelijk voordelig parkeren in de straat.”

This completely new spacious appertment with its own lockable door is located on the entire second floor of my beautiful house. Equipped with an independent bathroom, bedroom, living room with work space and a big sofa, WiFi, towels, tips about the city, do-it-yourself breakfast, fruits, refrigerator, sparkling water, Nespresso coffee machine and tea. The studio is very near to the center, 1km, 15 minutes walk. Around the corner you will find the special nature reserve 'De Werken' and nearby is Mathieu Hermans, the best local cake (vlaai) bakery in Maastricht. I am artist Bink and I welcome you to my city!
