Texelheerlijk 10 is a charming studio in the popular seaside village of De Koog, within walking distance of the beach. The studio comfortably accommodates 2 adults. The living area features a foldaway double bed and a cozy seating area. The bed can easily be folded away during the day to create additional living space. A sleeper chair is available for a third guest (111 × 190 cm). The studio also offers a private kitchen with all basic amenities and a bathroom with a shower. Everything is located on the ground floor and is fully step-free. Outside, you can enjoy a small private terrace with outdoor seating — a pleasant spot to relax after a day at the beach or a bike ride around the island. Free WiFi and free private parking are included. No reservation is required for parking. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a small additional fee.

Texelheerlijk 10 is located on Kamerstraat, in a quiet spot in De Koog, just a stone's throw from the lively village centre. From here, everything is within easy walking distance: the village's shops, restaurants and cafés, the Texel pine forest just around the corner, and the wide North Sea beach only a few minutes' walk away. De Koog is the ideal base for exploring the island. Hop on a bike and discover the dunes and the Dunes of Texel National Park, take a walk along the beach, or visit the well-known Ecomare (museum and seal sanctuary), about 2.5 km away.
