Property info

Texelheerlijk 1 is a charming holiday home in the popular seaside resort of De Koog. The house has two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 4 adults, optionally with a child. Bedroom 1: two single beds, for 2 adults. Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed (140 cm) below and one sleeping space above. The upper sleeping space is primarily suitable for a child and is not intended as a regular sleeping space for an adult. The home also has its own kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a cosy seating area and a washing machine. Everything is located on the ground floor. Outside, you can enjoy a private enclosed terrace — a pleasant, quiet place to relax after a day at the beach or cycling. Bicycles can be stored safely on the enclosed terrace, and bike rental is available just around the corner. Free WiFi and a free private parking space for one car are included. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a small additional fee.

Texelheerlijk 1 is located on the Brink, a peaceful spot with a pond just a stone's throw from the lively centre of De Koog. From here, everything is within walking distance: the village's shops, restaurants and cafés, the Texel pine forest just around the corner, and the wide North Sea beach only a few minutes away on foot. De Koog is the ideal base for exploring the island. Hop on a bike and discover the dunes and the Dunes of Texel National Park, take a walk along the beach, or visit the well-known Ecomare (museum and seal sanctuary), located about 2.5 km away. Around one kilometre away is the Calluna swimming paradise — perfect for a day out with children or when the weather is less favourable. Whether you come for the beach, nature or the charm of the village, everything is within easy reach in De Koog.
