Texelheerlijk 18 is a charming studio in the popular seaside village of De Koog, within walking distance of the beach. The studio comfortably accommodates 2 adults, with the option of hosting a third guest. The living area features a foldaway double bed and a cozy seating area. The bed can easily be folded away during the day to create additional living space. A sleeper chair is available for a third guest (111 × 190 cm). The studio also offers a private kitchen with all basic amenities and a bathroom with a shower. The studio is located on the first floor. Outside, you can enjoy a private balcony with a view — a pleasant spot to relax after a day at the beach or a bike ride around the island. Free WiFi and free private parking are included. No reservation is required for parking. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a small additional fee.
