Texelheerlijk 4 is a spacious holiday home in the popular seaside resort of De Koog, within walking distance of the beach. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. On the second floor there is a bright, open attic level with two single beds, reached via a fixed staircase. The home has an inviting living room with a cosy seating area, a wood-burning soapstone stove and a flatscreen TV with cable channels. The open island kitchen is well equipped, featuring an oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge, among other things. In addition, there are two bathrooms with a shower, one of which has a whirlpool bath, and a washing machine is available. Outside, you can enjoy a fully fenced garden with a terrace and outdoor furniture — a wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach or cycling around Texel. Bicycles can be stored safely on the enclosed terrace. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking at the property are included; no reservation for a parking space is needed. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a small additional fee.

Texelheerlijk 4 is located on the Brink, a peaceful spot with a pond just a stone's throw from the lively centre of De Koog. From here, everything is within walking distance: the village's shops, restaurants and cafés, the Texel pine forest just around the corner, and the wide North Sea beach only a few minutes away on foot. De Koog is the ideal base for exploring the island. Hop on a bike and discover the dunes and the Dunes of Texel National Park, take a walk along the beach, or visit the well-known Ecomare (museum and seal sanctuary), located about 2.5 km away. Around one kilometre away is the Calluna swimming paradise — perfect for a day out with children or when the weather is less favourable. Whether you come for the beach, nature or the charm of the village, everything is within easy reach in De Koog.
