Our company has been in business since 2021. Villa Savannah is our only property. We built and furnished this villa with great care and love.

Property info

Luxury detached villa in Roelofarendsveen, located on the water with connection to the Braassemermeer. The villa is located in a natural environment where you can cycle and sail to your heart's content, and is 1.4 kilometers from the pleasant center for your shopping and cozy restaurants. In the wider area you will find, among others, the Keukenhof, Avifauna, the Corpus, Leiden, De Kaag, Amsterdam, The Hague. The villa is air-conditioned, has a spacious living/dining room with a 65-inch Ultra HD TV, a luxury kitchen with Siemens appliances and an American fridge, 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a bubble bath, 3 spacious modern bathrooms, an extra toilet downstairs. The villa also has a room with a luxurious workplace, equipped with 2 monitors, docking station, headset and webcam. (available on request). Here is also a full sleeping place for a 7th guest on request. Outside a modern spacious garden with a large, partly covered terrace overlooking the water, equipped with a lounge set, dining table, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, 6 person jacuzzi, sauna and 2 outdoor showers. There is also a charging point for your electric car.
