Luxury, space and tranquility by the water Villa Vechtrijk is a stylish detached family villa located at the edge of Holiday Park ’t Hooge Holt. With 225 m² of living space, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and views over the Almelo De Haandrik canal, the villa is ideal for families, groups of friends and multiple generations. Luxury, atmosphere and comfort come together seamlessly. Comfortable and fully equipped The spacious living room features multiple seating areas, a TV and a cosy fireplace. In the conservatory there is a four metre long dining table, perfect for dining with twelve guests. The open kitchen with cooking island and bar is equipped with two ovens, a combi microwave, beer wine climate cabinet, two dishwashers and an induction hob with ten cooking zones. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and TV. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with a children’s corner bath and rain shower. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor enjoyment The fully enclosed 1,300 m² garden offers two terraces, a luxury veranda with lounge set, four sun loungers and a large outdoor dining table. At the front you can enjoy peace and views over the water with passing boats. Four private parking spaces are available directly at the villa. Extra and location Recently renovated and finished with a herringbone floor and child safe sockets. A high chair, movable playpen and a cot with mattress are provided. Smoking is not permitted. The villa is located opposite the main building and close to all park facilities. From the villa you can walk straight into the forest, ideal for a relaxing walk or with your dog.
