The immediate surroundings are perfect for making beautiful walks and cycling trips. The Drents-Friese Woud nature reserve is home to the largest shifting sands area in the Netherlands with beautiful cycle paths. The Vlinderparadijs (butterfly paradise) and a golf course can be found in the village of Havelte, situated further down. Admire the Hunebedden in Diever, known for the 'Shakespeare' performances, or make a trip to the Zoo in Emmen. The unique holiday home is comfortably and colourfully furnished. You will enjoy the space in the atmospheric living room, the complete kitchen and fine bathroom with shower. The holiday home is surrounded by a spacious garden with a pond. There are 2 bicycles available that you can rent to explore the nature-rich environment.
