House with wellness facilities within walking distance of the beach! Equipped with every convenience, completely renovated inside and out, featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, and a private dune garden. From your holiday home, you can easily walk to the beach on Lake Grevelingen or to your boat in the adjacent harbor with its cozy tropical terrace. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace and quiet, golfers, cyclists, and beach lovers. The North Sea beach is 10 km from your holiday home. The house accommodates 2 to 6 people and offers every comfort, with air conditioning in all bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and all conceivable amenities, such as a Nespresso machine, hot water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, 90cm Boretti oven, smart TV + soundbar, digital TV, high-speed internet, washing machine and dryer, and exceptionally sustainable thanks to solar panels. Two private parking spaces are also included. The interior and exterior were designed by a stylist, as Zee Land en Zon (Sea, Land and Sun). In the garden, you have your own private section of the Zeeland dunes, complete with grass, cozy seating, a veranda, barbecue, jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor showers. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen, bath towels, bathrobes, and kitchen towels are included. Tourist tax is not included.
We warmly welcome you to ZeeLandZon and have taken care of everything in the house, providing every comfort and amenity. The house is quietly situated with a separate entrance (barrier) as part of a small-scale recreation park with an outdoor swimming pool open only in summer, a tennis court, playgrounds, pétanque court, reception, restaurant, etc. The park is accessible via a small bridge. From there, you can also easily walk to the beach on the saltwater Grevelingenmeer lake. It's an ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet, sun worshippers, parents with children, water sports enthusiasts, fishermen, bird watchers, hikers, and cyclists. The park borders the village of Herkingen, which has a beautiful marina and a cozy brasserie with stunning views of the water and the marina. Nearby are charming towns such as Middelharnis, Hellevoetsluis, Goedereede, and Ouddorp with its North Sea beach.
