The bright living room with open kitchen leads to a spacious, sheltered balcony of approximately 15 m² with views over the harbor and the surrounding polder landscape. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. The complex is equipped with an elevator. Located at the harbor of Kamperland, with direct access to the Veerse Meer. A wonderful place for sailing, paddleboarding, or a walk along the water. The North Sea beach is easily reachable by bike and the supermarket is just around the corner.
