Welcome to Ballangen Camping, the family-friendly campsite in Nordland, Norway. Ballangen Camping offers lots of activities for young and old alike! Here you can splash around in our heated outdoor swimming pool, enjoy a nice meal in our friendly restaurant, play beach volleyball or challenge friends and family to a round of mini-golf. For the youngest family members we have a kiddies’ playground, trampolines, football and basketball pitches, a mini excavator and pet rabbits. We also rent out boats, canoes, bicycles and Dino-Trike bikes for our guests. The Norwegian Caravan Club selected Ballangen Camping as Norway’s best campsite in 2001! Ballangen Camping is by the sea but is also ideally situated for visiting the beautiful Norwegian countryside. The campsite is surrounded by fantastic walking terrain, forests and fields. You can go jogging along the new beach promenade or take a stroll into nearby Ballangen. If you are interested in fishing you can go sea-angling in the morning and salmon fishing in the afternoon! The campsite has 52 good standard cabins, with the capacity for 150 caravans and tents. In the smaller cabins the standard is simple, they contain 4 beds, In all cases you need to rent bedlinen from us. We work hard to prevent bed bugs, and we see thats this help a lot. No bugs has been here the last 4 years.
