3-room corner apartment on Vindholmen. 3rd floor. Garage with electric car charger, elevator. Sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed), dining table, 6 chairs, sofa, wardrobe, TV.<br /><br />Entrance, living room with open kitchen solution, 2 bedrooms, bathroom/toilet and internal storage room.<br /><br />Balcony of 11 sqm, sea view.<br /><br />Modern with beautiful 1-stick oak floors, large floor-to-ceiling windows (all with sea views) and a nice kitchen. Integrated cooker, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Washing machine in bathroom/toilet.
Bryggebyen is located on the seafront on Vindholmen, with a short distance to the center of Arendal. Just outside the door you can take a morning bath from the jetty edge and sit down with the coffee cup in Lillepollen. The sandy beach at Løkholmen is part of the area's amenities. Shops, school, kindergarten and city life at walking distance. Bike path to town. In the immediate vicinity is Krøgenes with grocery stores (Menu, Rema 1000 and Kiwi), pharmacy, medical center and gym. Light slope and great hiking terrain in walking/running distance from the apartment. Ski slopes in winter.
