Spend some days in your own cottage, a «Stabbur», as we call it in Norway. 1st floor has an entrance, bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a build in wardrobe, bathroom with a heated floor. Upstairs you have a combined livingroom (with a 120 cm bed to use daytime or nighttime) and kitchen (with a dishwasher) It is situated 870 meters above sea level, up in the mountain «Flugonfjell» in Tuddal, Telemark in Norway. In the winter you can go cross country skiing from your entrance and all the way to the slopes around Gaustatoppen in Rjukan. You also have ski in/ski out in Flugonfjell Skicenter. In the summer you can go fishing, hiking or take a bath in a nearby mountain water.
My name is Gro and I have had Eventyrtunet cottage since november 23, and now I would like to share it with you. Hope you would enjoy a stay here:)
Flugonfjell is a beautifull mountain to explore in calm and quiet surroundings. For more adventures; There is a 34 minutes drive to Gaustadtoppen (a bit longer if the road closes because of to much snow). Gaustadtoppen is famous for its downhill slopes. 44 minutes to the biggest stave church in Norway (Heddal stavkirke) and 25 minutes to the historic hotel Tuddal Høyfjellshotell.
