The most beautiful nature and scenery in Lofoten you find in the southern part of the island Lofoten. The small fisherman cabins (rorbu) are built on poles and situated on the shore of the sea. We fell in love with this part of Scandinavia with their authentic small wooden houses. Here you find our Rorbu in the fishing village Tind, close to Å – the most southern village of the Lofoten where the nature is spectacular. The Rorbu is original and built around 1890 but later refurbished to modern standard but still has the old charm with the timber walls. In Tind you can still today see the fishing boats docking in the harbor in front of the rorbu as they return from work at sea. This place is the most relaxing and peaceful spot you can imagine. It is also the place to start a hiking tour, to go fishing and to explore the coast line by kayak.
