Unique Lodge house close to nature and Oslo city Hallingstua is an approximately 200 years old lodge house of about 130 square meters with over 3 floors surrounded by beautiful woods and close to Oslo city center. This old lodge has been kept in its original form, but still has all the modern facilities you need. The old style is maintained with a complete style of antiques, where everything has a story. Start your day by walking a couple of minutes into the woods for a morning swim in the idyllic freshwater pond Båntjern and continue your day by exploring Oslo and everything a vibrant city has to offer only a short tram ride away. Contains: Includes entrance, fully equipped kitchen, 3 dining areas (living room, kitchen and down stairs), living room with an open fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In total there are 6 sleeping places: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove in the living room and 1 single bed in the hallway upstairs. Bedroom one also offers a children's bed. All beds are equipped with new mattresses. How to get around: Approximately 15 (1,5 km) minutes’ walk to the nearest train stations (Gulleråsen or Gråkammen), as well as the closest grocery store. The train will take you to the city center in 15 minutes or to the popular ski jump at Holmenkollen in 10 minutes. A taxi drive takes approx. 20 minutes (7 km) from the city. The closest airport is OSL, Oslo Gardermoen, approx. 50 km.
